Hello everybody I am back, I know it has been a while, it’s
no excuse but I have been insanely busy with school and it’s only the start of
the year but even though I know I am going to be continuously busy I am going
to try and post once a week because I really enjoy it and I hope you do too.
Anyway on with the post.
Even though September
went by in literally 2 seconds I did have enough time to fall in love with
somethings, some new things and some other things I have only recently re-
discovered. I’m going to start with my beauty favourites of this month.

W7 In The Buff Natural Nudes Eyeshadow Palette
My friend Ali actually introduced
me to this eyeshadow pallet, the pallet is a perfect dupe for the second ‘Urban
Decay Naked Pallet’ and at about 1/6 of the price. When the pallet arrived I
instantly fell in love, it took about 1-2 weeks to come but that was completely
overlooked when I saw how gorgeous the shades were and how pigmented they were.
I have used this pallet on uncountable occasions throughout September and the
end of August and I can barely fault the product, the shadows blend really well
and last all day even without a primer. I will probably look into buying
another one of the Naked dupes by W7. (It also comes with a double sided brush
but I don’t use it)

Nina Ricci Nina Eau de Toilette for Her (80ml)
I have been looking for a new
perfume since I started to run out of my old one, I wanted one that was more
mature and a bit more high end. Thanks to my sister friend Georgia I discovered
the Nina Ricci perfume as soon as I smelt it I literally needed to get it, it
smelt very me. I’m very bad at describing smells but the description of it is “Citrus,
sweet, fresh, fruity, woody, green” if that makes any sense to you. I really
love this perfume it is long lasting and just smells very fresh and nice, I
don’t know it smells good.

Superdrug own brand facemasks
Now I know what you’re probably
thinking, aren’t own brand products meant to be really cheap and bad quality?
But no my friend in this case you couldn’t be anymore wrong, the Superdrug own
brand face masks are insanely good. Again I got introduced to these by a
friend, my friend Immy gave me her ‘Superdrug Dead Sea Mud mask’ because it
irritated her skin, the first time I used it I could see a difference
instantly, my skin felt tighter and really clean. I then went on to order two
more as they are only £2.59! If you have sensitive skin then these may not be
for you but I think one of them may be suitable for sensitive skin make sure to
look on the product description there is roughly 5 or 6 in the range,

Soap & Glory Flake Away ™ Body Scrub (300ml)
I have had two travel size pots of ‘Soap and
Glory’s ‘ flake away for a few years now and only used then every now and then,
but recently I have been using them quite a lot as my skin hasn’t been in its
best form. I have used the majority of both the pots and may have to invest in
a large one because at only £8 I don’t even hesitate because this product is so
good. The scrub exfoliates your face so nicely leaving it feeling soft and
clean, also helping clear up spots as it gets rid of all the dirt in your
pores. I have really been loving this recently.
TV/ Movies
After I finished ‘Once Upon A Time’ (which
literally came back on Wednesday YAY) I wanted another Netflix series to devour
a recommendation and persistent nagging from my friend Libby #PeerPressure I
finally watched the pilot episode of TVD and then episode 2 then 3 then 4. Then
I had finished the first season in a few days and decided I needed to reassess
my life and maybe leave my room. The series follows a high school student Elena
Gilbert as she copes with the loss of her parents. Vampires, witches,
werewolves and ghosts that’s all I’m going to say and there is a very
interesting, awkward love story chucked in there as well. I am yet to come
across one boring episode of the vampire diaries.

The Great British Bake Off
With the final coming on Wednesday I am
distraught as you may be able to guess. Anyway TGBBO is a BBC TV series in
which amateur bakers compete, each week is a different theme for example chocolate
or pastry. It may sound boring but you just have to trust me on this one, it
isn’t. I look forward to it every year because when i watch it it makes me forget about all the problems in the world and I'm happy. Moving swiftly on.
Even though I think I watched the first episode
on one of the last days of September I am puting this into my favourites as I already
LOVE IT. It is a comedy/ horror series about a sorority in a college in America,
a serial killer is on the loose and I’m already making up my theories as to who
it is, I have a feeling this is going to be me and A (PLL) again! I am not a
huge horror film person but this series really isn’t scary I think out of the
three episodes I’ve watched there was one jump scare I’m not even sure if there
was any to be honest.
Music
Barely any new music has been released this
month so I have been loving listening to and adding to my everyday playlists.
·
Spotify-
All day every day.
·
WILD- Troye Sivan

Troye Sivan is a youtuber/ singer
whose music I continue to enjoy. He released his new EP WILD at the beginning
of September and I love it, my favourite tracks are FOOLS, WILD and BITE. You
should defiantly go and give it a listen it’s very different and is described
as ‘Dream pop, Electropop’ the tracks are very distinct but they have conserved
Troye’s sound.

Nike Pro Tight Ladies-

I am very much in love with my
Nike running leggings, I got the full length ones for PE and working out/
running (when I actually do it). I needed to buy a new pair of sports leggings
because my other ones, I think they were Karrimor, were ¾ length which I wasn’t
keen on and the thread was starting to come undone. I really recommend if you’re
looking for a new pair of sports leggings to get these as they are sooo comfy and
I don’t think they were that expensive either.
Thank you so much for reading such a long post I appreciate
it massively, I hope you enjoyed my September favourites.
